Extended Stay Background Check Requirement: Guests extending beyond 27 consecutive days must successfully complete a criminal background check prior to day 28 of occupancy. A one-time $10 screening fee applies. Failure to pass the screening may result in non-approval of the extension beyond day 27. Guests with paid reservations for the full for 28 days or more are exempt from the background check requirement for the original paid stay only. Further extension must undergo the same requirement.
