The 150-year-old Tanner Building, located in the heart of Downtown Bay City is steps away from shops, restaurants, pubs, parks, and so much more. The building was originally built as a bookstore and college and is now renovated into studio, one and two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens and everything you need to stay for one to thirty days. The apartments are located on the second and third floors of this walk-up building.

Neighborhood info

Downtown Bay City is an incredibly safe and walkable area adjacent to Wenonah Park on the Saginaw River. Our vibrant waterfront is active with events while the river is a busy shopping channel with large freighters as well as personal watercraft.
