Located in the heart of historic Old Town. Private, secured parking beneath the complex and security entrances gives the feeling of unparalleled exclusivity. The foyer of this unit opens to the living room, dining area, half-bath, and kitchen. The living room contains a queen-sized sofa bed, flat-screen TV with cable and a dining area for six. It also features French doors opening to your own private outdoor patio with chairs. With a breakfast nook for two to enjoy your morning coffee, the open kitchen is fully-equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, drip coffee maker, and toaster. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, sofa for lounging, and French doors opening onto a private porch with seating. The primary also has a large ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity, and skylight. The second bedroom features a queen bed and private full bath. House rules The following rules are a condition of this rental: ● MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Guest agrees to the maximum number of occupants previously stated and to register all occupants and visitors at the time the reservation is made. If there are any changes or substitutions in occupancy, RKWV must receive immediate notice. ● OCCUPANTS: No occupants under the age of 25 are allowed unless accompanied by a parent or other legal guardian. Non-compliance with this provision will result in denial of occupancy and forfeiture of all monies paid to date. ● QUIET HOURS: Guest and their visitors SHALL NOT DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music or unlawful, unsafe or pollution-causing behavior.
