Relax in a stylish, perfectly-located guest suite/house located on the second floor with memory foam mattress, private patio garden featuring a hot tub, BBQ, fire table & mood lights just outside your door. Includes a chef's kitchen, floor heat, 8-head shower, towel warmer, air conditioning, fireplace, wifi, Netflix & more... Free parking on-site, just one block west of midtown's pubs, restaurants, clothing and grocery shopping. Then just six blocks south is central downtown, beach and parks. Second queen hide-a-bed in living room.

Avid traveler, old home fixer-upper, marketing firm owner, old german car tinkerer, father of two kids, two dogs, two fish and some squirrels.

Located on a quiet residential cross street just a block from the heart of midtown. Safeway is just three blocks north and Pilgrim's natural food market is just past that. Lots of really great restaurants and shopping in midtown and downtown with its 100 shops and restaurants is only 6 blocks south. 4th Street is the freeway exit to head downtown and Roosevelt is the cross street, right a half block is the guest suite and left a block is central midtown. From here you can walk or bike to pretty much all of Cd'A's main attractions and events. Leave your car by the door of The 208 and avoid the 2-hour parking zones! Park the correct direction if you don’t want a ticket!
