This Tiny Home has everything you need! A perfect place to stay for a couple, a family, singles or close friends. *Upstairs Loft has a LOW CEILING. Please be aware Loft is not a full heights and may require crawling on Knees to access beds. *Private bedroom with a queen bed *Upstairs loft with a queen bed *Reclining futon couch *Fully equipped kitchen *Full Bathroom *Outdoor deck for relaxing *WiFi & smart TV Located in the Coastal Creek Mobile Home Park off of Higuera street, makes for the perfect location and easily accessible to anywhere you want to go.

Neighborhood info

The tiny home is located inside the coastal Creek mobile home park. There are some long-term tenants and five other short term vacation rental spaces in the park. Your neighbors are all super nice and generally stick to themselves. There is a marked entrance and exit and a one way through road inside the park.
