Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The Cardinal is located in Colonial Terrace, a planned community inspired by the “Garden City Movement” built for shipyard works in 1917. The Cardinal is just a mile from the Hudson River and its green lush surroundings attract numerous species of birds including red cardinals, the home’s namesake.

Born and raised in Seattle, I am a public health researcher who now lives and works in New York City. I love scenic walks, drives and train rides and look forward to discovering new places domestic and abroad.
