Sleep soundly in beds with high thread-count sheets and new memory foam mattresses. Find an oasis of calm in this second-floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The open living room/ kitchen provides ample seating for 6. Traditional touches and modern amenities can be found throughout this new condo. Completed in 2018 this rental offers something that most downtown rentals cannot. Stocked with a full kitchen, living room (with queen sofa sleeper), washer & dryer. This condo is on the second floor and does not have access to an elevator. The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.
