Roy has had rental properties for 20+ years and has been growing his Short Stay Rental business since 2019. A Superhost and Premier Host, Roy and his Team are readily available to answer any questions and/or assist before, during, and after your stays. Roy and his wife, Kelly, live nearby in downtown Montgomery at their Train Depot Home and their Forest Home just north of Montgomery in the Sam Houston National Forest with their sweet English Bull Terrier, Juno.

This is a Man-Cave, yet has everything the rest of the family can enjoy as well... swimming pool access_pool table_dartboard_chess_cards_dominoes_ping pong_corn hole... plus (2) 55" Roku TVs w/ soundbar! There's a boat ramp in the neighborhood & boat pass is available upon request! We've added a nice swimming pool in the backyard. PLEASE NOTE the pool area is fenced in & accessible to this property & two other units next door. There's room to unhitch your boat/trailer or back it in on the right side of the building. The yard is completely fenced in, when all gates are closed, so it's good for your pups. The Queen bdrm area can be closed off for privacy from kitchen & living area by drawing the curtains that are ceiling to floor closed. The sofa bed is located to left of kitchen area near pool table & the couch can sleep another one-two, but it's not a sleeper. While staying with us, you also have access to Host’s main property two blocks away that sits on 5 acres totally fenced in and gated with a private swimming pond, sand volleyball, corn hole, horseshoes, outdoor grills, etc. Just let us know and we'll provide access info. If you are planning a social gathering during your stay, but guests paid for and disclosed at time of booking will be the only overnight stays, we do still require notification and approval prior to check-in, & add 'l fees per person 'may' apply depending on the number of additional people expected to enjoy w/ you for your gathering or event. LATE CHECK-OUT options available at three different levels: Until 12 noon @ no charge Until 2pm @ 45_Until 6pm @ 75. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with Host, Roy, via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping. Upon Host approval, you may pay for and confirm your late check-out via Guest Guide link provided and Stripe.

We’re conveniently located in a neighborhood across from Waterpoint Shopping Center and Marina on Lake Conroe. Here you will find several, nice dining options like Monty’s Lighthouse Cajun Bar & Grill, Akashi Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar, Fajita Jacks, CVS pharmacy, Marble Slab, Bar Lago, etc. ** PETS ALLOWED_Pet FEE applies upon check-in, unless you process payment at time of booking. Typically ONE (1) pet is allowed at this property, however, should you have more than one pet, host approval is required. ** We ask that pets are kenneled, when left unattended in our homes. And if they snuggle with you on furniture, we ask that blankets or pads are placed beneath them.
