Enjoy this brand new elevated spacious retreat with lots of natural light and great views! This retreat features a large, open kitchen, dining and living room area. This new apartment is fully furnished with brand new furniture, appliances and matching cabinets, and granite countertops. Super comfortable and quiet sleeping areas easily accommodate five people with one king bed, a queen pullout, a twin pullout, crib, and extra cot. The retreat has a huge master bedroom with a sitting, study or reading area and a large master walk in closet. It has a large laundry room with a washer and dryer. There is a Keurig coffee bar with all the fixings! The property has many shade trees, gardens and incredible views! Relax after a day out and about by enjoying the beautiful trees, gardens and sunsets in this peaceful rural setting.

The Elevated Retreat is ideally located close to many National Parks, Brian Head Ski Resort and Cedar City, The Festival City! Nearby are multiple restaurants, shopping and recreation centers, and endless adventures and activities. Abundant adventures await for recreational vehicles, hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, rock climbing, canyoneering, paddling and more! Cedar City "The Festival City" hosts the famous Shakespeare festival and also nearby are the Tuacahn plays in St George. Enjoy playing many sports including skiing, swimming, golf, basketball, pickleball, tennis or even competing in the Utah Summer Games!
