Serene, sun‑drenched studio overlooking the heated pool in a 1926 Palm Beach Island historic residence listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Enjoy waking up in this thoughtfully appointed room with private internet connection and dedicated parking spot - one of only several units in the building to offer both. Valet also available, but truly no car needed at this unbeatable location! Check in and out smoothly at the 24/7 reception desk, and enjoy complimentary luggage and large-item storage. THE ROOM Adjustable queen bed with cooling memory-foam topper, award-winning 100% cotton bedding, 100% blackout curtains, brand new air conditioning (AC) unit, 50” Samsung Smart TV, kitchenette, tea kettle, coffee maker, large GE mini-fridge, GE microwave, large walk-in closet, dining table and chairs, and 70” convertible sofa. Bathroom is bright and calming with beautiful coastal blue tiles, Delta rain head shower with wand, premium “clean” shower products, hair dryer, and straightener. 100% Turkish cotton towels. HOTEL IN NAME ONLY Please note, this studio is located in the historic Palm Beach Hotel — a 1926 landmark property now operated as a condominium NOT a traditional ‘hotel’ so typical hotel services should NOT be expected (as the historic name may imply). Each unit is managed independently by its own host. Dozens of historic landmarks, including our own property, sit within a three-block radius of the building as do dozens of shops, outdoor activities, and restaurants, including one of the Island’s hottest new openings, The Polo Room — located on the ground floor of our historic building. Also within just a couple blocks: gated beach access to the Atlantic Ocean, historic Lake Trail and other stunning walking/biking paths, Whitehall & Flagler Museum, Royal Poinciana Plaza, newly opened Glazer Hall, The Paramount Theatre landmark, St. Edward’s Basilica, multiple synagogues, Green’s Pharmacy and Diner, Amici specialty grocery shop, Publix standard grocery, Echo, Lola 41, Henry’s, Cucina, Meat Market, White Elephant hotel, The Breakers resort and golf course, UPS Store, Palm Beach Bookstore, and dozens of other retail and service shops.
