Company info

Kelsey, John, and Archer are the proud new owners and stewards of the Harpswell Inn. They acquired the inn in July 2023 and are in the process of adding their own touches while maintaining the house’s historic charm. Kelsey was born and raised in the Midcoast (Westport Island!), and moved back to Maine with husband and Wyomingite, John, when Archer was born. They live onsite so you will see them around - gardening, enjoying the sunset, or, in Archer’s case, seeking out bugs and puddles.

Perched on Lookout Point in Midcoast Maine, the Harpswell Inn occupies a 1700s shipbuilders’ home and carriage house, which are surrounded by natural beauty. The waterfront estate is steeped in authentic Maine charm and is an ideal place for you to relax and retreat. Our Inn features eight unique guest rooms in the original building. The main building also houses the great room, which has multiple seating areas, a fireplace, water views, and an honor bar. The adjacent sitting room contains the 24/7 butlers pantry, which offers snacks, coffee, and tea, as well as an assortment of games. The house also includes a sun-soaked dining area and wrap around porch. The separated carriage house is home to the two suites, which provide additional privacy and space, as well as the option to bring your pet along.

Our historic waterfront estate has breathtaking sunset views over a classic midcoast Maine bay. The inn offers a tranquil retreat on the Harpswell peninsula, yet is only twelve minutes from downtown Brunswick and forty five minutes from the Portland airport.
