I am happy to be hosting. My husband Ken works in construction. We both grew up in Colorado and enjoyed raising our children here in Colorado. We love spending time in Arizona as well. We are just a phone call away for any questions or needs. We live and work just minutes away. Rita and Ken.

Property info

Enjoy your stay at The Blue Bird Cottage in Colorado Springs. This home was constructed in 1891 and offers an old-world theme throughout. It is centrally located just minutes from downtown, Garden of the Gods and Ute Pass. I have added a flower garden for enjoyment in the Summer and sleds furnished for fun in the snow in the Winter. Umbrellas available for walks in the rain. Parking in the front and in the back yard there is a covered car port. Sorry no pets.

Neighborhood info

You will love this quiet historic neighborhood with all its amenities. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and a brewery at The Roswell. The guidebook will assist with nearby venues that are on, "must-see" status. Rental bikes are also at The Roswell. The bus stop is close by or simply park your car in front of the house. Parking available directly in front of the home and covered parking is offered in the rear of the home via alley for up to two cars if needed. Straight south for about 5 minutes and you are in the hear of Downtown Colorado Springs.
