My wife and I just opened this place at the start of 2023 after a full remodel and run it ourselves. We are both Tarleton State alums and live here in Stephenville. We enjoy living here and are excited to offer a great experience for those visiting town!

Property info

Bring your furry friends to enjoy this newly remodeled home near Stephenville's historic square! The property features a large backyard, connected to the Bosque River Trail, fully stocked coffee bar, smart TV's in every room, office space in the master bedroom, and more. Only 1 mile to Tarleton State University and a short walk to the square for shopping, drinks, and delicious food. If activities aren't your thing, cookout on the back patio and enjoy your meal by the fire pit!

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood is quiet and a five minute walk to the square with shops, restaurants, and drinks! 1 mile from Tarleton State University, and very close to the hospital for nurses. There is only one neighboring home and the property owners are very sweet! You can access the Bosque River Trail from the backyard. There are always people walking their dogs, jogging, and riding bikes along the trail. There is also covered parking for 2 vehicles and a large driveway for additional parking.
