The Cabin has air conditioning; The Cottage does not. Due to the steep access road, all-wheel drive is recommended year-round and may be required during winter months. Guests must follow the Good Neighbor Policy, including quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property.
