Property info

The Lightner Farmhouse was constructed by Sheriff Isaac Lightner in 1862 and served as a Civil War hospital for three weeks following the 1863 Battle of Gettysburg. Today it retains its historic character with all modern amenities including Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs and central AC

Lightner Farmhouse is located 2 miles from the Gettysburg Battlefield and 3 miles from the town. Our property of 18 acres gives areas to relax on the porch or patio or exercise on the 15 acre Nature Trail.
