Enjoy access to wonderful on-site amenities, as well as the heart of Ogunquit within a few blocks' walk. The Lookout condo complex sits just up Israel Head Road from the Lobster Point Lighthouse, in a lovely location overlooking the ocean. The grounds include a seasonal (semi-heated) pool, a tennis court, shuffleboard, a grilling and picnic area, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Downtown Ogunquit - home to a number of great restaurants and shops - is less than half a mile up the road, and beautiful Ogunquit Beach is a quarter-mile beyond. Take the elevator up to the second floor to be greeted by a light-filled living space decorated in elegant coastal style. Step out onto the balcony to find comfortable chairs, an outdoor dining set, and a commanding view of the ocean and coast before you. The interior is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped, offering a bright living room and a lovely kitchen with stainless steel appliances and richly hued wood cabinetry. There's a TV with cable service and a DVD player for movie nights, complimentary WiFi to help you plan your coastal excursions, and window air conditioning for your summer comfort. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
