Elevate your getaway with a stay in our fully renovated 2-bedroom plus owners retreat. Imbued with sleek serenity and modern finishings, this residence is a sanctuary of style and tranquility. Treat yourself to a luxurious experience in this thoughtfully designed modern haven. Located close to the 95 freeway to get you to Downtown Las Vegas and Freemont Street Experience in under 10 minutes. No parties or get together allowed. A 250 dollar security deposit hold will be authorized prior to arrival. This deposit will automatically be released if there are no damages after check out. Pets allowed with prior approval of owner with an additional 150 dollar charge. No smoking in the home of any kind, doing so will result in a 500 dollar charge. (Smoke outside and dispose of all butts) do not leave butts on the grounds.
