Welcome to the Restored 1912 Smith/Perry Boarding House. Save 1900 fulled restored the boarding house in 2023 for their tv show "Restoring Galveston - The INN." The 25 room boarding house was converted to a 12 room Boutique Hotel now operating as a relaxing getway featuring a heated pool, gated parking, and an adult only private property called "The Mansard House" as an ode back to the buildings unique construction. All rooms have been renovated and outfitted with modern amenities and curated design. The hotel is splashed with history and news articles from the past.
We welcome you to stay with us! Michael and Ashley had always loved the history and unique architecture of this building and dreamed of bringing it back to life. For the last 10+ years they have been renovating homes and commercial properties on the island and have a tv show on Magnolia network called "Restoring Galveston".
