Wendell & I have fully renovated 13 cabins in Pigeon Forge and 1 condo in Gulf Shores, Alabama (on the beach) so far and have thoroughly enjoying making them into our company Your Home Away From Home LLC. I (Kathryn) was a teacher for 16 years before running one of our businesses for 2 years and now I'm managing The Mustard Seed (our 8 cabins on 12 acres in Pigeon Forge) and our condo on the beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Although it is a part of Tanner Manor Lodge (TML), The Nuthouse ONLY shares outside items (picnic tables, grill, bench swings). There is a Pickleball Court behind Tanner Manor Lodge (where you are staying) and a huge Chess & Checkers set on the back porch (please adhere to Quiet Hours). There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand).You can follow the gravel road from TML up to the top - curve to the right - to find the gazebo, mountain view area and a bench swing that overlooks Pigeon Forge and the mountains behind it. There is a community Firepit behind Tanner Manor Lodge. Go behind the cabin and you will see 2 gravel paths, take the one to the left that leads up to the Firepit. There is a hose there to put out the fire after it has been used. Behind TML there is also a grill and picnic tables. Picnic tables and bench swings are also located around TML for your use.
