The Palms condos located in Orange Beach, AL are directly on the white sands of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Opened in 1997, The Palms has become a favorite to vacationers who choose Orange Beach as their summer getaway. Lighted tennis courts, an indoor heated pool, Gulf-front pool, a well-equipped exercise room, sauna, and a hot tub awaits you. The complex is near the Publix shopping center and to many of Orange Beach’s attractions. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies). Parking: Along the beach parking is limited. Most properties have a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation. This is determined by each condo association. There are no exceptions . Also no boats, trailer, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. The number of passes needed for each reservation must be prepaid prior to your arrival. Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times. LIMIT 2 AUTOS PER RESERVATION PER UNIT (and passes must be displayed on drivers dash). All monthly rentals must be in the same Calendar Month to receive the monthly rate. ENTRY CODES ARE TEXT TO GUEST ON DAY OF ARRIVAL Minimum age to rent 25. STRICTLY ENFORCED
