Enjoy pristine views of Eagle Harbor and serene sounds of the Puget Sound at this recently remodeled spacious one-bedroom with a living room and a library/den. Set at the end of a private road, a separate entrance, patio and garden add to the tranquility and privacy of this oasis. The cozy dwelling is complete with outdoor chaise lounges, dining table, and a fire table to enjoy views of the marina. A short walk to the beach and close to Winslow, The Perch captures the best of Bainbridge.
The Perch at Eagle Harbor is set at the end of a private road in desirable Eagledale. The property features raw forest views to the left of the unit with a lovely private patio and garden in front with stunning views of Eagle Harbor, including the city dock and yacht club. Guests can enjoy the views of the passing boats as well as the sailing school and Bainbridge rowing team. In the summer guests can partake of the apples and plums that grow on the property.
