Enjoy our enchanting property we call "Sanctuary" located in Nellie Gail Ranch, an equestrian community. Recently renovated inside and out, Sanctuary boasts 3/4 of an acre fully landscaped, private Italian themed garden with spa, gazebo, bocci ball, modern outdoor kitchen, covered patio with heat lamps and fireplace. Indoor amenities abound with chef's kitchen, decor filled social areas with bar and pool table, 4 comfortable bedrooms, workspaces, 3 full baths, formal dining and personal gym.
I’ve been a Nellie Gail resident/homeowner for years. I enjoy hosting my guests so they can make unforgettable memories with friends and families. I provide guests with my personal email and phone number and am always very responsive.
Nellie Gail Ranch is an equestrian community with trails weaving throughout the entire neighborhood. The grounds are maintained impeccably and there is a community pool, tennis and equestrian facility that guests will have access to. The homes are custom, the streets are quiet and very safe with security on site 24/7.
