Come and enjoy WNY Visit our local wineries in a private non-shared stay. We converted old horse stalls into living space with 100 year old restored fixtures, modern heating, lighting, and insulation. We have a full kitchen. The milk house entry has a modern washer/dryer. Our 100 year old stove may require instruction for use, but we do also have a modern microwave and coffee maker. Our 100 year old claw foot tub is equipped with modern safety features of hand rails, a step stool, and a non slip mat. Terry and Angela

We are 5 star hosts and when traveling love to support our fellow hosts.

We are a rural farm setting and guests maybe staying in our adjacent farmhouse and in the summer overnight RV travelers on our gravel lot. We are close to shopping and dining within in 10 minutes, additionally several wineries are only 5 to 10 minutes away.
