Great room! We had a spacious 2 queen suite with a sofa (sofa bed). Bathroom was very nice, with a large rain-head shower.

Plenty of space inside & out. Lots of little extras to make it feel like a home! Beautiful place- we'll definitely be recommending it & booking again for another stay-cation! (We live nearby, but wanted to get away for a night- it was perfect!) Very clean & expectations were clearly stated. There was also a map so we knew where the property lines were.

Lovely little cottage. Big, comfortable bed. Great washer and dryer. Plow driver kept the lot cleared and he shoveled the steps. Wonderful stay!

Fredonia, NY is a quiet, welcoming small town with a relaxed pace of life. The tree-lined streets, historic charm, and friendly community make it a pleasant place to visit or spend a few days. While it's not a bustling destination, that's part of its appeal. There are local shops, restaurants, and parks to enjoy, and the nearby presence of SUNY Fredonia adds a touch of energy and culture. Don't miss the lovely and lively Dunkirk Boardwalk area with local shops and eateries! And the Dunkirk lighthouse is a must for great views of Lake Erie. Fredonia was pleasant.

Fredonia was pleasant. Visited Dunkirk too, which is right on Lake Erie about a mile from where we stayed in Fredonia. Walked around Dunkirk a little, went out on the pier, ate on the boardwalk, visited the lighthouse. Nice place! Main reason for going to Fredonia was to visit Lily Dale. Had a great trip!

I grew up in the Dunkirk Fredonia and moved away to pursue a career. It’s always wonderful to return to visit the favorite places - so don’t miss Tuscany’s for the best deli sandwich and small grocery. Enjoy Dunkirk’s beautiful pier on Lake Erie and if fried Haddock is in the menu, get it. Visit small wineries, notice the vineyards, go to the beach, eat pizza and wings. Enjoy!
