I am involved in many aspects of tourism and my number one priority is the comfort of my guests. I enjoy meeting travelers from all over the world and teaching them about our area and our culture.

Property info

Guests feel at home in our large Hacienda-style bed and breakfast and enjoy a warm, comfortable and inviting accommodation. A home-cooked breakfast, included in the price of the room, is served in our breakfast room. Guests may relax on the patio, deck and the large living room.

Neighborhood info

Guests may walk across the street to Sammy's Grill, a favorite restaurant in Baton Rouge. George's Southside and 2 other restaurants are also within walking distance. Guests have access to Anytime Fitness, also across the street. The LSU campus is only a short drive away. Closeby attractions include the Rural Life Museum, The Bluebonnet Swamp Nature Center, The LSU Arboretum and the Highland Road Park Observatory. Baton Rouge, the capital of Louisiana, offers many options for dining, shopping and sight-seeing. In the downtown area, the Old State Capital Museum, as well as the working Louisiana State Capital are both open for touring. The Old Governor's Mansion, the Louisiana State Museum and the Pennington Planetarium are all located in the city center of Baton Rouge.
