Hello and welcome to this wonderful 2-bedroom basement apartment! Featuring a plush, full-sized bed, we guarantee you a comfortable night's sleep. The living room and kitchenette area are perfect for relaxing and have everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, this apartment is equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Great news: pets are allowed at the facility! However, please note that there is a 150 dollar charge for bringing your furry friends along. On the other hand, children under 5 stay for free! Regarding parking, the first vehicle can park for free. Any additional vehicles will incur an additional charge of 30 dollar per night. If you plan to arrive early or depart late, please keep in mind that there is a 30 dollar fee per hour for early check-in and late check-out. This is a family-friendly and smoke-free environment. To ensure that everyone enjoys their stay, there will be a 200 dollar penalty for anyone who does not adhere to this policy. Please note that parties are not allowed. The base reservation fee covers the first 2 guests, and any extra guests will incur an additional fee, so please book accordingly. Visitors are allowed until 11 PM, which marks the beginning of quiet hours. After that time, any visitors will be subject to the extra guest fee per person.
