New build, modern and ultra efficient home, private room with adjacent full bath room, guest room located on 2nd floor with access to covered balcony
Young professionals, friendly, quiet family style, attention to details, always available when needed
Property is located in the center of Orlando’s cultural hub minutes from downtown Orlando, great restaurants, bars, breweries, art and entertainment districts, Winter Park upscale district, the Kia Center where major concerts are hosted, Orlando City soccer stadium, and all the theme parks are a short drive away.
