Loving the tiny home idea, but not willing to sacrifice comfort? The Tiny Cottage in The Springs brings romance, comfort and convenience to you and your family. Surrounded by Florida nature while still in the heart of Altamonte Springs, which has been declared one of the nicest places to live in the Orlando area, The Cottage has you in mind, indoors and out: garden shower, Alexa, Netflix, dimming lights, fan and A/C, heater, animated pond with cascade, outdoor grill, dedicated handicap access.
I take pride on my little cottage! Personally designed, with lots of attention to detail. “Make it as I would personally like to enjoy it”, is my business standard. I will be there to greet you and make sure you have the best stay. Host is available by phone, text and through the Alexa app inside the Cottage.
Old and stablished Florida neighborhood. Five minutes from the Altamonte and Reinassance Malls. Twenty minutes from Wekiwa and Kelly Park, and from the Sanford Zoo. Walking distance from Cranes Roost Park, emblematic Altamonte Springs attraction, and close to many restaurants featuring American, Hispanic, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food. Parking in premises. Local bus and Sunrail train at a walking distance. Uber and Lyft taxi service in the area.
