The natural surroundings, bright and airy rooms, and nautical location just outside of historic St. Michaels make this home the perfect getaway for discerning guests. Indoors and out, you'll have plenty of room to enjoy the best of Eastern Shore living. With direct access to Broad Creek and 1000' of waterfront, it's perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding! Talbot County STR License STRN-22-18 PROPERTY FEATURES: Waterfront: 1,000' of waterfront on a sunset-facing point overlooking Broad Creek, with long views of the Choptank River and the added bonus of a peaceful cove. Dock: 2.5ft MLW. Electricity available for guest use. Boat tie-up offered with written owner permission and renter liability waiver. Water is very clean in this area. Crab pot available for guests. Water Toys: 2 tandem kayak, 2 single kayaks and 1 medium paddle board are available for guest use. To ensure proper life jacket sizing, please bring your own or we can recommend a local rental agency. Trailers: Due to tight turn-around, No trailers are permitted on the property. Public boat ramps available nearby. Bicycles: 3 adult bikes and 1 teen bike are available for guest use. Swings: 2 awesome swings for guest use. Fireplaces: Not for guest use. Grill: Propane grill.
