Cozy, charming, and contemporary studio guest suite located on the southwest side of Concord, NC. Less than a 20 minute drive from some of North Carolina's favorite attractions including: Concord Mills, The Charlotte Motor Speedway, and University of North Carolina - Charlotte Campus. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, stay-cation, work from home alternative, or comfortable home base while exploring everything Charlotte has to offer. 35 minutes from Charlotte Douglas Airport.

I enjoy staying a great places that play a role in creating great memories. I am so proud of being able to provide a wonderful guest experience as a host. If in Charlotte, please feel free to stop by and stay a while. The guest suite is a former garage converted to living space at our primary residence. We anticipate that there may be some interaction but would prefer meaningful discussions through the AirBNB app.

The property is located in Southwest Concord in the Shenandoah neighborhood. The area is quiet and has a suburban feel to it. We are within 8 minutes from the center of Harrisburg and within 10 minutes of Concord shops and restaurants. Old Charlotte is the closest main road which does have public transportation access. Car remain most reliable transportation option to get around the area.
