Theodore Overlook is a cozy tiny-cabin retreat tucked within the Daniel Boone National Forest, offering a peaceful, unplugged stay surrounded by nature. Interior - Efficient kitchenette with essentials for simple meals - Dining nook and comfortable living area - Full bathroom with spacious shower - Two separate lofted sleeping areas (no doors) with queen beds and privacy curtains Exterior - Covered and open deck spaces overlooking the woods and stream below - Hot tub - Charcoal grill (guests supply charcoal and lighter fluid) - Peaceful setting with sounds of the creek and forest Location - Located on privately held land within Daniel Boone National Forest and near a few other cabins, but still feels private - Near Martin’s Fork Trailhead with access to hiking and climbing areas - Close to Nada Tunnel and central Red River Gorge attractions Important Items to Note - Starter supply of paper goods and cleaning items provided; additional items are guests’ responsibility - No perishable items provided (coffee, oil, spices, etc.) - Toiletries (shampoo/body wash) provided - Pets allowed (50 flat fee for up to two pets) - No Wi-Fi at this cabin - Cell service is limited; a cell booster is available for calls and texts - Guests should download directions and access info prior to arrival - Filtered spring water (may have slight discoloration but safe for use)
