Their dream is to help other families, friends, couples, and individuals reconnect with nature and each other, while they relax, recharge, and make lifelong memories. The Johnsons are committed to making sure every aspect of your stay is enjoyable, and you will be provided their personal cell number during your stay in case you need any assistance.

Property info

Timberline Glamping Amicalola provides unique, one-of-a-kind Glamping getaways inside Amicalola Falls State Park in beautiful Dawsonville, GA. Combining luxury and the great outdoors, our extra spacious completely furnished Safari Tents give large families or groups of friends the extra space they need to glamp in comfort. Your luxury safari tent will have air conditioning and heat provided by residential style mini-split systems. Also included is a Keurig coffee maker, a mini fridge, an indoor ceiling fan, hammock, a charcoal grill, picnic table, string lights and fire ring. We do have free WIFI and plenty of outlets for charging your devices. All bedding is provided, including extra blankets in winter. You will need to bring your own towels, toiletries, and anything you need for cooking and eating! There is a bath house with 6 private bathrooms and showers, just a short 1 minute walk from the tent. There are also free laundry machines on site, you'll just need to bring your detergent.

Neighborhood info

Our glamping tents are located at the campground inside Amicalola Falls State Park, which is home to the tallest cascading waterfall in the Southeast! There are wonderful hiking trails, archery, ziplining, and more offered inside the park. We are just 20 minutes from popular mountain towns of Dahlonega and Ellijay, both known for wineries, river tubing, quaint downtowns with shopping restaurants, and many more activities. Dawsonville is home to the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame, a must-see for race fans visiting the area.
