• You must be at least 22 years old to rent this property. • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. • Parking is provided for 2 cars • The pool heaters will be turned on From November 1 to March 31 each winter. • Any guests or renters caught tampering with the pool heaters or other equipment will be immediately evicted and banned from the property.
