Tranquility Corner is a peaceful Appalachian cottage in walkable South Ashland, offering rare amenities guests love: covered carport, EV charging, dedicated workspace, kid-friendly features, and a spacious loft for groups. Enjoy a large fenced yard, fire pit, front porch seating, and easy access to King’s Daughters Medical Center (5 minutes), shops, parks, hiking trails, pickleball, and groceries—all just minutes away. Perfect for families, remote workers, and group getaways.
I am a physician assistant that has a love for the outdoors and small town vibes! As an avid hiker, I love being surrounded on all sides by the state parks and forests here. The outdoors are what attracted me to eastern KY, but the community is what keeps me and my family coming back!
South Ashland is a charming and quaint neighborhood, offering peace and quiet for those looking to be accessible to downtown Ashland offerings, but more of a homey vibe. The neighborhood is very walkable and even has its own little shopping area to enjoy!
