Enjoy the freedom to breathe deeply, let go and recharge in a backyard pine forest, or bask in the peace and quiet of a screen-covered patio. 15 minutes from Historical Flagler Beach. 5 minutes walking distance to the community pool - some entry fee. Grocery stores, restaurants, and 95 FWY are within 10 minutes by car. 5 minutes by car to Lehigh Trail/Bicycle path. Two-bedroom duplex unit with a fenced backyard that is shared with the host. We do not have a divider yet between our 2 backyards. However, the yards are very spacious. We are very quiet and do not bother our guests, and we are nearby if you need us. Separate entrance, separate one car garage and separate in front of garage 4 spot parking space. Your own separate screened patio. Separate BBQ area. The unit is equipped with UV whole house water filters, smart TV/DVD Player, 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, pull out full Size Sofa, Inflatable queen size Air Mattress, Wi-Fi, Office/Work-station, Hair Dryer, Iron/Ironing Board, Air Conditioner, Microwave, Stove, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Washer and Dryer, BBQ propane grill, HEPA filter. We have everything you need for your stay.
We are a big family. We love to explore places and meet new people. We also love to host people. You can text us first and we will be available for help. Otherwise, you will have your private stay and quiet time to relax and recuperate in this beautiful place with a lot of beautiful birds singing in the forest behind fenced backyard.
The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and friendly. Everything you need is very close by. Two community pools are around the corner. Yoga class at Community Center is 10 minutes away. A very beautiful trail with pine forests and canals is 5 minutes away. We love to bicycle there (please see the picture). Restaurants such as Olive Garden and Outback Steakhouse are within 10 minutes. Historical Flagler Beach and A1A are 15 minutes away with a lot of urban restaurants.
