Private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a Queen size bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. WiFi. Smart TV. Steps from one of Cleveland's trendiest neighborhoods, shopping on West 25th. Very walkable! Short ride to Edgewater Beach, Downtown, theater district, sport venues and major hospitals. Great for traveling nurses, temporary insurance claims housing, or corporate rentals!

Located on a quiet street a quick walk away to the Christmas Story House and Rowley Inn Bar & Grill, a favorite neighborhood bar since 1906 featured in Food Network's Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives, the house is perched right above the Towpath Trail, perfectly suited for a walk or hike to the heart of Tremont with a well known restaurant, retail and nightlife scene. Cleveland Zoo, Downtown, Edgewater Beach, Ohio City and Lakewood are a short ride away.
