My wife and I are both travelers and both interested in people in general. Both our backgrounds include counseling careers and over time we've been drawn to our vacation rentals which we call "Tropicals of Palm Beach". The name is derived from the rooms we have available for rental. We strive to provide and experience that we hope will be immersive in soft, rich color, the sound of the ocean, and the taste of Palm Beach restaurants. Both of us love traveling and we know what we like when we travel. We prefer the autonomous experience when it comes to lodging and we prefer unique spaces that lift moods through beauty and surprise, and relax through light and ambiance. We hope we've provided the stuff of good memories. Palm Beach should be enjoyed a bit ... over the top!

Palm Beach Hotel, the building that houses our beautiful rooms, was built during the height of Palm Beach opulence. The air of these bygone times still enhances the experience of Palm Beach. The mix of architecture, beach, specialty shops, fine dining, not to mention biking, snorkeling, fishing, golfing and everything that south Florida offers the sports enthusiast, creates an unforgettable time for you. Our rooms have been renovated to provide unique and relaxing environments for discerning travelers. We provide clean rooms, clean sheets, a coffee/tea tray with an electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator, umbrellas, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, iron, ironing board, and wifi is open and free. My wife and I allow for autonomous check-in. We often never meet our clients face to face. The frontdesk is open 24/7. This arraignment allows for check-in at anytime after 2pm on the check-in day. Just present an ID, and a key will be given for your use. Just drop off the key while leaving, and check out is done. We are available to meet and we are at the hotel on most days. It's always a pleasure to say hi and provide anything you may need.

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood around the hotel is a lot of fun to explore thanks to a number of converging factors that include cafe', grocery store, organic/Italian deli, beach and, most of all, the Lake Trail, a not-so-advertised bike path the hug the slender western shore of Palm Beach island, between the open intracoastal views and the private backyards of a number of beautiful mansions and old Palm Beach residences. The Lake Trail runs north and south just west of the hotel. South of the hotel is shops and the Oasis sushi restaurant, a truly delicious treat. There is also Publix grocery store where one can acquire a ready made meal and other food items at base cost (Our fridges and microwaves complement this way of eating while traveling). To the East of the hotel there is a splendid Catholic church as well as a Bike Shop that can provide a bike rental for the Lake Trail. There is even a splendid French Cafe for breakfast and lunch snacks of the highest order in flavor and quality. Further east we come to Amici deli, a delicious place for more ready made food, but of a gourmet quality that is sure to make the day more special. Further east we reach the beach for the fun in the sun.

Please advise that the balcony is temporarily not accessible due to scaffolding and ongoing construction.

There's an on going construction outside of the building and expect closure of the swimming pool.

For each refund transaction we will be collecting a $49 admin fee or transaction fee.

Free street parking is available for 1-2 hours between 8 AM and 6 PM.

Overnight Parking: Parking in front of the building is free. From 6:00 PM until 8:00 AM. No time limit applies from 6 PM to 8 AM.

Parking Placards: We also have parking placards available on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you will be arriving by car, kindly let us know in advance so we can assist with the available options.
