This home features dual main bedroom suites as well as an additional guest room and bathroom. This bright and airy condo boasts an open floor plan, galley kitchen, wet bar, and a large family dining area. The private screened-in porch is complimented with a dual/ header ceiling fan to enhance the gentle marsh breezes. The complex has a shared saltwater pool perfect for enjoying the sun with family and friends! Enjoy crabbing or fishing off the complex dock. Perfect for couples, families, and professionals, this is a quiet respite from the Folly fun. The pool is open seasonally and will be available starting April 1 to October 31
