Please keep the driveway gate closed. There are train tracks about a mile away from the property, at times the trains that use the tracks blow their horns which may be audible.There is a motion detector on the interior of the unit, THIS IS NOT A CAMERA, it only functions to detect motion when the alarm is on. East Downtown is full of trendy and dive bars, upscale and low key eateries, the best taquerias, local breweries, beautiful parks and trails, the best street art in Houston and an eclectic mix of new and historic architecture. You will be sure to enjoy your visit in this beautiful Houston neighborhood. Within walking distance to metrorail, bus stops, taquerias and grocery store. A quick cheap uber ride to all inner loop Houston neighborhoods and close to all major freeways.
