The name of this condo is “The Happy Place,” and we hope that it becomes your happy place! You could wake up each day to an exceptional view of the mountains—with a cup of coffee in hand from the room’s Keurig coffee maker—before spending your day enjoying Dollywood (which you could receive a free ticket for!) or splashing in the pool. This condo has the following bedding configuration: • King in Master Bedroom • King in Second Bedroom • Queen in the Third Bedroom • Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Den This condo can sleep a total of 8 people. This beautiful, newly decorated condo can sleep a total of 8 people, so there’s plenty of space for you and your loved ones. There’s a king-sized bed in the spacious master bedroom, as well as a king-sized bed in the second bedroom as well. There is a queen-sized bed in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room. Each bed has new bedding. There are two full bathrooms in this unit, and both have handicap bars at the toilet. The master bathroom is tiled and has a garden tub and a shower. The second bathroom, which is connected to the master bedroom, has a shower and single vanity. Both bathrooms include hair dryers. The living room has a leather sofa, loveseat, and recliner for your comfort. The smart television in the living room is 55”, and there is a television in each bedroom as well. This building is closest to most of the amenities! You will love spending time on our beautiful green space, which includes several gathering and picnic areas with outside grills. Our newest amenity is a .25 mile walking trail. There is both an indoor and outdoor pool and a 17-person hot tub. All buildings at the resort have an elevator. All units are wheelchair accessible. All units have a full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and stove/oven drop in unit. The kitchens are stocked with dishes and glassware, basic pot and pan sets, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. If you are looking for fancier items such as a wok, rice steamer, crock pot, etc.... you may want to bring it because we do not provide those specialty items. Our rooms and resort contain FREE wifi throughout, cable tv in the rooms, and phone use for local service. Sheets and towels sets are provided for your stay. However, they cannot be changed out. There is a washer and dryer in each unit as well. You may want to bring extra washing powder if you are wanting to do laundry as we only provide a single box use. We do provide a iron and ironing board in the unit. Each unit does have free parking for your car. Our resort features one outdoor pool and one indoor pool. The outdoor pool has a mushroom water feature and shallow wading area and is heated October - December and March - May. The indoor pool is usable and heated when necessary for year long availability.
