This property is old Florida cottage core on the outside and Urban Chic on the inside. The small interior has been maximalized to accommodate a living room, dining room bedroom with a queen bed, and office with an extra twin bed. The house also comes with a compact kitchen and laundry room as well as a fenced in yard and off-street parking. There are plenty of places to plug in your phones and devices as this is a must in today's world. This shaded corner lot also offers you a lovely porch to enjoy the breeze and a back yard to relax.
I ama retired hospitality professional who runs 10 full time rental properties in addition to 4 short term rentals with 2 listed here. I enjoy travel, cooking and spending time with friends.
This neighborhood Murray Hill is a modest working class central core neighborhood just west of the downtown. It's close to both Interstates, shopping and the dining district and is close to downtown.
