Located in the Heart of the Newark Iron Bound, this property offers easy access to Manhattan at any hour of the day or night, 8 blocks from Newark Penn Station (NJ Transit, Path Train,Amtrak and Grey Hound). The entire property has been renovated within June and September 2023 and is in mint condition.

Hello Fellow travelers! I've been around the globe(not entirely yet)and have picked up a lot of experience when it comes to choose a property/hotel/hostel when I'm out and about, so now in the other side of the experience my knowledge comes very handy to make my future guest feel as comfortable as possible when staying at one of my units.

The neighborhood is predominantly Portuguese/Brazilian/Spanish and is packed with restaurants/bars/ bakeries/coffee shops in any which way, also several major supermarkets and grocery stores are located at a very short walking distance. Ferry street which is the main street in the Iron Bound is 50 ft away from the property.
