KITCHEN & DINING Prepare delicious recipes in the kitchen, beautifully updated with granite countertops and custom cabinets. The kitchen bar seats two. Share tasty meals at the table for two in the dining area. BED & BATH This condo sleeps six guests between the bedroom, bunk area, and full-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The bedroom holds a plush queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while the bunk area is outfitted with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The private balcony presents Gulf views and a table for two. On-site amenities include: - 2 all-season outdoor pools (one heated in winter) - 2 hot tubs - Lighted tennis court - Fitness center - On-site restaurant EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and unassigned parking for two cars in the communal parking garage are provided. Street parking is not permitted. A 30 dollars resort fee is required at the Victorian. (Paid upon check-in and valid for up to two weeks.) This rental is located on the second floor. An elevator is available. THE LOCATION Head across the street for a sun-kissed day by the Gulf -- the fishing pier is only a 6-minute stroll. Walk to local restaurants and a hypermarket, or drive 4 miles to the historic downtown area. Discover roller coasters at Pleasure Pier (3 miles) and waterslides at Schlitterbahn Waterpark (2 miles).

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
