Recently renovated, very clean with all new furniture and cozy modern design 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Sleeps 6. Additional sleeping availabProperty features large pool, playground, tennis and basketball court, access to a private beach of Lake Winnipesaukee in Laconia within 10 minutes walk, fully equipped kitchen with appliances and dishes, washer and dryer on a site. Towels and linen provided. Feel yourself at home and enjoy quiet surroundings and convenient location.

10 minutes walk to Weirs beach, in a heart of Lake Winnipesaukee, Laconia has a lot to offer. Watersports, beaches in summer, skiing at Gunstock Mountain during a winter ,mini golf and largest arcade in a world, active night life with festivals and fireworks. New theaters “The cake”and “The Colonial” have world class shows. Area has a lot of convinient shopping and many restaurants, walking and biking trails. If you visit Lake Winnipesaukee once you will always want to come back.
