Located about 8 miles from downtown historic Charleston, this upscale B&B is a 5 to 10--minute walk from the ocean and all of the bars and restaurants on Folly Beach. Our Inn is for adults only and we are not family or pet friendly. As a barrier island, Folly Beach is only about 7 miles to drive from one end to the other end. Stay on the island and explore the Morris Island Lighthouse, Folly Beach Fishing Pier, and the Folly Beach County Park. The refined rooms are uniquely decorated and come with free Wi-Fi, TVs, mini-fridge, and private bath. Most rooms have a fireplace and either a screened in porch or a private balcony. Daily hot breakfast, happy hour and our golf cart shuttle to and from the beach are complementary amenities provided by our staff. Breakfast is composed of locally sourced ingredients. Snacks and cocktails are served during an afternoon happy hour.

Folly Beach is a funky, laid back beach town just outside of historic Charleston. The island is mostly residential with a small yet charming downtown area and a small amount of local entertainment purveyors. Though Folly Beach is free of flashy attractions, visitors can enjoy a wide array of water entertainment, including surf lessons, paddle board marsh tours, kayak rentals, and more.
