The lovely cottages are right on Lake Huron. There are steps down to the water with a deck. There are two cottages with a screened-in porch facing the water in one of the homes. There is a hot tub in a separate structure that looks out over the water as well. They are period homes, lovingly cared for to capture the charm of yesteryear. It is a quiet residential area so it is not a place for loud parties. There are huge old trees with bald eagles nesting in the branches. There is a friendly fox that trots through the yard, and beautiful swans swimming in the lake. You can sit on the porch, the dining room table, or the hot tub, and watch the huge freighters go by on Lake Huron.
Rosemary and Pat are artists and they are lovingly caring for the cottages. They are carefully maintaining the charm of the homes while paying attention to skillfully and beautifully updating and maintaining the homes. I am the owner and Rosemary is my daughter. I purchased the homes last fall and we are replacing the stairs to the water and doing other updates to restore quaint nature of the homes.
The homes are conveniently located within a few miles of the quaint town of Lexington, right on Lake Huron. It is a very quiet neighborhood with attentive neighbors we are careful to honor their privacy and peaceful atmosphere.
