WaterWalk is the best of both long-term corporate lodging and apartments. Featuring beautifully furnished and unfurnished 1, 2 and 3-bedroom suites. We make life easier with an in-suite washer & dryer, over 200 DirecTV channels including Premiums, and a DVR. We have a courtyard with BBQ grills and picnic tables so you can grill and get to know your neighbors! For breakfast in furnished suites, you can choose what groceries you want and we will deliver it to your suite weekly. No more eating that same tired buffet each day. You can eat what you want, when you want, in the comfort of your suite. Stay fit at our fitness center or chill out around our outdoor fire pit. One thing that makes us stand out from everyone else is we truly are always at your service! We are open 24/7. Our location is conveniently located in the Denver Tech Center and has easy I-25 access. We are near the Light Rail, and just 10 minutes away from the Centennial Airport. We're also near many corporate offices, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
