This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Across the street from an elementary school, so it is generally quiet. Gentrification is occurring and you will see a mix of homes (new construction to updated to those not yet revitalized), but it is quiet and safe. Contactless check-in/out via electronic front door lock. Garbage/recycle cans on premise. Free WiFi. Free use of Washer/dryer/iron for laundry. Older construction, but clean home!
We prefer to give guests their space, but are always available by text if a question arises.
It is an area that is seeing gentrification. Some properties have been updated, while others have not. People will often walk down the sidewalk across the street or bike down the road. We have owned this property over 7 years with no reported issues. The police station is only a few blocks away, so officers will often pass down the road in their vehicles. Drive your own vehicle, walk the sidewalks, or bike the sidewalks. Public transportation is in walking distance.
