The only floating B&B in the San Juan Islands aboard the 60-foot Ketch, the Slow Season. In business for over 30 years we welcome you to experience a truly unique and wonderful stay on the water in Friday Harbor. We feature two unique Staterooms with private entrances. Each room has an ensuite “head” (toilet). The Forward Stateroom bathroom also includes a sink and shower. The Aft Stateroom has a toilet and sink with pay showers available at the top of the docks. We serve full breakfasts each morning and are able to accommodate individual dietary needs. Each room has a fireplace and movies.

Your hosts, Laura and Eric Concord have called San Juan Island home since 1976 with Some forays into some of the rest of this beautiful world, spending time in Peru, Europe, Montana, California, and the Oregon Coast to name a few places. We first stayed on our boat as guests more than 20 years ago and fell completely in love with her. We left the island for about 8 years to help some of our family. When we returned we went walking on the docks on a beautiful moonlit night in May. We walked down to see “our” boat and she called to our hearts then just as she had many years before. Through many twists and turns, which we’ll be happy to tell you about when you come and stay with us, we were able to purchase her. It has been such a joy for us to be able to make and keep her a beautiful and welcoming place to share with others. We are grateful every day for this gift of joy that we gain from all the fabulous people we meet and being able to share our fun and beautiful boat. We are looking forward to welcoming you aboard.
