Family Fun Central: A dedicated game room with a pool table and TV guarantees hours of entertainment, while the backyard is an outdoor oasis featuring a hot tub, fire pit, horseshoes, tetherball, and a hammock. Enjoy easy access to Yosemite National Park via 120, just a 30-minute drive away, and the charming town of Groveland, with its historic sites, shops, and restaurants. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of nearby hiking trails, fishing spots, and golf courses. Don't forget to visit the stunning Pine Mountain Lake, perfect for boating, swimming, and picnicking. Details to Note To help facilitate your entry into the community, we will need to register your details in advance. This is simply a part of the community's procedures to maintain its tranquility and security, which we hope contributes to the peace and safety of your stay. Upon your arrival, there will be a nominal Guest Permit fee per car to access the community and roadways. This can be taken care of directly at the gate upon your arrival. This permit remains valid for up to 7 days, and it's a community-wide policy that applies to all visitors. We understand that additional fees can be a surprise, and we hope this advance notice helps you in planning.
